Delivery & returns
For items sent via Royal Mail - such as local school uniform items - we usually aim to get your items to you within 7-14 days, however at times of peak demand (for instance around the summer holidays) this can change to 3 or 4 weeks. Don’t worry - we know your child needs these items for school and if there is any problem we will contact you. Thank you for your patience at these busy times - your order means a lot to us and we will make sure you receive it.
In the event of an urgent "Mum/Dad I’ve lost my..." we’ll always do what we can to help!
Our items are shipped via Royal Mail, please select the relevant option upon checkout (fees will be displayed on payment screen).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not worry - simply return it to us, with your receipt, as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being in a re-saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase. We ask, where possible, to please have the original packaging and labels attached. As you know, if products are cotton rich, they do have a tendency to shrink in the washing machine or tumble dryer. Please bear this in mind when purchasing your garments as we cannot exchange items that have been washed.

Exchanges or refunds outside the 30-day period will be at the discretion of Dukes Custom Designs.
Please note that if you do choose to have a garment personalised you will not be able to exchange or return the item.
